December 1st marked the end of the public comment period on the EPA's existing power plant proposal. Thank you for speaking out and making your voice heard.

Together, we sent more than 1.1 million comments through www.tellEPA.com and www.Action.coop opposing EPA's power plant proposals. Stacked on top of one another, these comments would tower nearly ten stories higher than the Statue of Liberty! That's a powerful message by any stretch of the imagination.

Without a doubt, these 1.1 million comments will serve as a wake-up call to the EPA. Together, it's up to all of us to continue pressing states to encourage the EPA to find a common sense solution, rather than their latest proposal which goes too far, too fast.
